What is Hypopressives?

Hypopressives can change your normal! It's a low impact, breath lead programme that works by reducing the intra-abdominal pressure in the body and effectively resetting your pelvic floor to work relexively - like it did before pelvic floor dysfunction was an issue.

About Kirsty Victoria

Kirsty has been a personal trainer since 2016 after changing her career from being a lawyer!

She is a pre & postnatal specialist, but has a particular focus on recovering strength in the pelvic floor and core to alleviate symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (such as those listed below), improving posture and mobility, and building strength and fitness through a variety of methods including Hypopressives and her Pelvic Floor & Core Recovery programme.

Hypopressive exercise can help if you struggle with:

- Leaking when you sneeze, cough, laugh, run, jump or when you can’t get to the toilet in time

- Your pelvic organs having prolapsed (dropped below the pelvic floor)

- Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti)

- Pelvic pain

- Low back pain

Workshops

Kirsty is running a one off workshop to let you have a taste of what it's all about. She will then be running two small group classes in 2022 on a Wednesday at 2pm and Thursdays at 8pm £15 per class (in 6 week blocks).
