Our Personal Training Room is ideal for one-to-one Pilates tuition. The room is equipped with a 3-in-1 Reformer Trapeze Cadillac machine, offering the versatility of a reformer, tower, jumpboard, and mat system. This space provides the perfect setting for personalised Pilates training, rehabilitation, and focused private sessions.
