Kiera works in our therapy room at Studio One and is available for Physio treatments via appointment. Physio and Pilates go very much hand in hand and we are thrilled to be able to refer clients to her so they can be treated under the same roof. This works brilliantly for both client and instructor as we can all work together to ensure the efficient progress of your treatment and exercise plan.
Kiera also offers massage and remedial Pilates both privately and in small groups.

Carrie also teaches the Mindfulness Now 8-week programme, offering one-to-one sessions. She also incorporates mindfulness exercises in her work as a coach.
